LARA 2.0 is released

Version 2.0 of LARA is now available. New features include:

	Full use of 1/3 octave 5 degree loudspeaker data
	Line-of-sight acoustic shadowing.
	Definition of rooms with arbitrary geometry (requires optional full geometry module).
	Improved user interface
	Improved tools for positioning loudspeakers and clusters

All purchasers of LARA 1.0 receive a free upgrade as well as a free Full Geometry license. If you are an existing user you can download and use LARA 2.0 with your existing user name and key. For access to the Full Geometry module email us.

Integral Acoustics acquires knew measurement tools

Integral Acoustics has recently purchased a copy of the measurement software WinMLS. This new tool allows faster acoustic and loudspeaker system measurements. We are also Beta Testing the latest version that includes a new Sine Sweep capability for improved signal to noise ratio and immunity from loudspeaker distortion.

To further enhance our measurement capabilities we have a dodecahrdon loudspeaker. This is a practical approximation to the ideal omnidirectional loudspeaker required for room acoustic measurements. This allows measurements to be performed in accordance with the ISO 3382.
